Category Pages: These pages contain listings of product by more specific categories. For example, the Adult Music page contains links for Christmas Adult Music, Easter Adult Music, etc. These pages also contain alphabetical links, so if you know the title for a particular piece such as "Experiencing God", go to the Adult Music page, and then under "Non-Seasonal Musicals" click on "E". This will bring up all non-seasonal Adult Musicals who's titles begin with E. Remember, we remove "A", "An", and "The" when listing by song title.
Product List Pages: These pages display all the items that meet the criteria you've selected whether it's from a Product Number search, Product Title search, or "all Adult Musicals" from the pop-out menu. The links diplayed on this page will take you to the Product Page.
Product Page: These pages display detailed information about one particular product. The information includes, a photo of the cover, people involved, publisher, season, age group, style, voicing, difficulty level, song titles with sound files (NOTE: we do not have sound files for every product), a description and a listing of every product associated with that product (i.e. accompaniment tracks, orchestrations, CDs, etc.). It is from the product page that you can order by clicking the "add to order" buttons in the product listing.
Ordering: When you click on the "add to order" button on the Product Page you are forwarded to the View Order page. On this page you can change the quantity for your item or delete the item. Be sure to click the "Update Order" button after you make any changes. If you click on the "Continue Shopping" button it will return you to the product you were last viewing.
Check Out: The checkout page is where you finish your order. This includes a form to enter you shipping and billing address, the items you've selected to purchase will already appear on the page. Once you click the "Place Order" button, you're order is sent!
Searches: The site includes several search features. All the catalog pages contain search forms that will allow you to find a product either by the publisher's catalog number (no punctuation please!) or title. There are three separate search pages; "Product Search", "Complex Search" and "Song Search". Product Search allows you to enter a title and category. Complex search includes title, category, season, age and difficulty. You can use all or none of these options, only title is required. The Song Search is different. It allows the user to enter a song title and the return information is a listing of all products that contain that song. In any of the title searches or song search you can use the symbol "%" as a wildcard. If you place "%" in front of a word the results will include all titles that have that word in it. For example %grace will return "Grace Alone" and "Amazing Grace".

The conference pages contain up-to-date information on all of our Worship America Conferences. You can also register for any of our conferences online.
The Communicator
The communicator pages include articles from The Communicator magazine. Articles are available from issues as far back as March 2000.
MicroSites
The MicroSites area is dedicated to providing information about various areas of music ministries including; Children's Choir, Youth Choir, Handbells, Orchestra, Drama, MIDI, Keyboardist and Production Resources. Each section contains varied information. These usually include "How To" articles such as tutorials, links to The Communicator articles that pertain to that ministry, music reviews, links to other resources and much more!
